Dear Valued Customer,

Following the July 6 implementation of Section 301 List 1 tariff and prior to finalization of List 2, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) released List 3 on July 10. List 3 seeks to impose a 10% tariff on $200 billion in goods from China and could potentially impact 6,031 products.

Of the extensive product range indicated in List 3, power cords and power supplies are included. The proposed List 3 tariff is expected to go into effect after a comprehensive review process by the Section 301 Committee.

At this time, both lists 2 and 3 remain under review with formal hearings scheduled for July 24 and the end of August respectively. The dates at which US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will begin collecting duty for the List 2 at 25% and List 3 at 10% have not been determined yet.

You may find the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) subheadings pertaining to all impacted products at the below links. It is important to note these lists are tentative and in no way finalized.
